Peel and boil the potatoes until cooked for about 30 minutes. Then mash in mashed potatoes, add salt to taste, cream and butter.
Wait for the mashed potatoes, make small balls with your hands, roll each ball in flour, then in a beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
In a saucepan, heat the oil well and fry the balls until golden brown.
Transfer the finished balls to paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve with your favorite sauce.
