Ingredients for - Czechoslovak soup

1. Minced meat 700 gram
2. White cabbage 700 gram
3. Bulb onions 2 PC.
4. Carrot 2 PC.
5. Sweet red pepper 2 PC.
6. Tomatoes 2 PC.
7. Dill 1 beam
8. Sugar 1 Tsp
9. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
10. Olive oil 2 tbsp
11. Butter 2 tbsp
12. Salt taste
13. Black pepper taste

How to cook deliciously - Czechoslovak soup

1 . Stage

Chop cabbage and grate the tomatoes without peel.

2 . Stage

In butter and olive oil, fry the cabbage in a mixture, then add the tomatoes and sugar and stew well so that all the liquid evaporates.

3 . Stage

Separately, fry the minced meat with the addition of 1 onion, salt and pepper at the end, and fry until the meat is ready.

4 . Stage

We cut all remaining vegetables into cubes.

5 . Stage

Pour the fried minced meat, all vegetables and cook until cooked in a pan with water. Then add stewed cabbage and lemon juice, salt and spices to taste, boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

6 . Stage

Pour into plates and sprinkle with herbs.
