Chop cabbage and grate the tomatoes without peel.
In butter and olive oil, fry the cabbage in a mixture, then add the tomatoes and sugar and stew well so that all the liquid evaporates.
Separately, fry the minced meat with the addition of 1 onion, salt and pepper at the end, and fry until the meat is ready.
We cut all remaining vegetables into cubes.
Pour the fried minced meat, all vegetables and cook until cooked in a pan with water. Then add stewed cabbage and lemon juice, salt and spices to taste, boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Pour into plates and sprinkle with herbs.
