Cooking
1 . Stage
Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool, and mince it through a meat grinder. Add the eggs, oat flour (I ran Hercules through a blender (the first time I added soaked bread) and chopped greens. Salt and mix. If the mixture for the formation of cutlets will be a bit dry, add water. Who likes it. Let it stand. Prepare balls for further frying.

Heat a frying pan over low heat so it doesn't burn, I used baked lard, or bacon. The amount is so they don't burn. Not much at all.

Form the cutlets and fry until tender. As you can see the crust is crispy.

Ready cutlets can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even a snack. Both alone and with side dishes and vegetables.
