Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and pour in the curry, hold for 2 minutes then add the onion. Cook the onion for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage and add to the onion. Throw all the seasonings and mix well. Cook the curry cabbage for 10 minutes.
While preparing cabbage, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Then toss to the cabbage and mix.
Add tomato paste, a glass of water and bay leaf. Mix well. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Before turning off the cabbage, salt to taste and hold for another 2 minutes on fire.
Curry cabbage with potatoes is ready.
