Use frozen currants for cooking. Beat currants with one tablespoon of powdered sugar until smooth. If the berries are too sour then add some more powdered sugar.
Beat the egg with the remaining powdered sugar in a very hot water bath. Beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes, the mass should triple and become light and very magnificent.
Cool the egg mixture a little and mix with a yogurt mixer. Then mix half of the yogurt mass with 2/3 of the currant puree. Pour into molds and place in the freezer for 40 minutes.

Currant and yogurt ice cream is tender, tasty and bright.
