Rub the cottage cheese through the full. Add soft butter, add the egg and mix until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder. The amount of flour will depend on your cottage cheese. Knead the dough well and let stand for half an hour.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out, cut circles.
