Pour gelatin with cold water and let it swell for 15 minutes.
Transfer gelatin to the pan, add cocoa, honey and milk. Put on fire and dissolve gelatin constantly while stirring.
Then add the cottage cheese, mix and pour into a blender. Beat until smooth.
Pour the souffle into molds and refrigerate until it solidifies for about 2-4 hours.
