Mix cottage cheese, 1 egg, sour cream, vanilla and raisins.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it out in a rectangle. Put the filling, leave the edges a little.
Roll up, pinch the edge, turn the seam down. Cut into slices 4 cm wide.
Put puffs on parchment, grease with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until golden.
Remove the layers with cottage cheese and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
