Grind cottage cheese with egg and sugar.
Add baking powder, salt and gradually add flour. Knead the soft dough. Flour can go a little more.
From the dough to make sausages and cut them into pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and put the donuts in portions so that they do not stick together.
Cook until golden brown, pull out the curd donuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
