Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Lubricate the silicone molds with chocolate. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Grind cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add vanilla sugar and soft butter.
Put the cottage cheese in the molds filling 1/3 part, then put the filling and put the cottage cheese again.
Lubricate the curd cheese with chocolate filling on top and refrigerate until the chocolate has solidified for about 10 minutes.
Store ready-made curd cheese with filling in the refrigerator.
