Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add a few tablespoons of flour and sugar, put the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Whip the soft butter with a mixer with the rest of the sugar and eggs.
Add salt, mashed cottage cheese and zest to the dough. Shuffle.
Then add flour and knead the dough. Cover and place in a warm place for an hour.
Divide the dough into pieces and form the buns, put them on a greased baking sheet and let it go for another 20 minutes. Then grease with whipped yolk.
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
