1 . Stage
Separate the proteins from the yolks, add one yolk to the cottage cheese. The remaining yolks are mixed with sugar 1/2 tbsp., Butter, flour, baking powder and sour cream. Knead the dough and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

In the curd add 1/3 Art. sugar and mix well. Put the dough in a baking dish, make the sides and put the cottage cheese on top.

Peel the apples and skin, cut into slices. Put on cottage cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees 30 minutes.

Beat the whites with the rest of the sugar until firm and then evenly spread over the apples.
