Cooking

1 . Stage

Clean the fish, remove all bones.

2 . Stage

Mash the meat in a mortar. Add to it flour, butter, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.

3 . Stage

Stir the minced meat well. Form balls and boil in salted water for 5-10 minutes.
