Beat the egg, yolk and milk until smooth. Add honey and beat again.
Cut bread into thick slices. Prepare a large frying pan by putting butter and putting it on medium heat.
To wet the bread from all sides into the mixture so that the bread absorbs enough liquid.
Fry croutons with jam under the lid until golden brown. Reduce the heat to a minimum, put a little jam on the top side of the fried croutons, sprinkle with cinnamon and warm for another 1 min over the fire under the lid. Serve hot.
