You can take tomatoes and ordinary. Cut the cherry in half, remove the seeds and chop finely.
From the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze the juice into a glass.
Finely chop the arugula, and leave the rest intact for decoration.
Crab meat can be used canned or packaged, of course if you have the opportunity to buy live crabs then use them. Put crab meat on a plate and mix it with lemon zest, 1 tbsp. l lemon juice and as much olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
