To start, prepare the dough. Pour warm milk and water into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast and 2 tbsp. l flour. Mix well with a whisk, cover and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Separate one egg from two eggs and use it to grease the croissants. Beat the remaining eggs with a fork and pour into the dough, as well as pour the vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
Add the flour gradually and knead the dough. Knead with your hands for 10 minutes, then transfer the dough into a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Knead the dough a little and divide into 5 parts. Roll each part thinly.
Grease one layer of dough with soft butter, then cover with a second sheet of dough and also grease it. Repeat with the rest of the dough, the last piece does not need to be oiled.
Flip the layers of dough on the other side and roll. Cut the dough into triangles.
Lay any filling on the wide part of the triangle and roll it up.
Whisk the yolk with 1 tbsp. water and oil croissants. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Have a nice drink !!!
