Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and put the pieces of chicken on the marinate for an hour. Take the meat which you like best, you can take only the drumstick or assorted ones. Then mix all the ingredients for the breading, remove the meat from the marinade and roll in the breading.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
Transfer the fried chicken into a baking dish and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Crispy fried chicken is ready, serve with side dishes or just with sauce.
