Wash the zucchini and cut into circles with a thickness of about 3 mm.
Salt the water a little and boil it, then lower it into its zucchini and cook for 3 minutes, then fold it into a colander and let it drain completely.
In a well-heated frying pan with olive oil, fry the zucchini until golden on both sides.
Chop the garlic and dill.
Sprinkle zucchini with dill and garlic, salt and pepper a little, pour cream on top. Put on fire and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
