How to cook deliciously - Creamy vinaigrette

I decided to cook the vegetables for the vinaigrette in a MVP, too long to boil or bake the beets. Beets, carrots and potatoes are well washed.

Cut the cooled carrots, potatoes and beets into small cubes. Salt the vegetables a little.

Also finely chop the onion, pickles and apple peeled.

Prepare the dressing: mix heavy cream, vinegar, salt and black pepper.

Place the vegetables in layers in the glass, covering each layer with the dressing. Garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley and a slice of herring or other salted fish. GOOD LUCK!
