Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
In the same pan, fry finely chopped onions, grated carrots and chopped mushrooms. Cook until rosy.
Pour the meat with water, add bay leaf and set on fire. Cook for about 30 minutes.
Then add washed rice and all vegetables to the pan. Cook for 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream and chopped herbs. Cook a few more minutes.
