1 . Stage
Grate the carrots. Finely chop the half of the onion. Melt a little butter in a soup pot. First, fry the onions for a couple of minutes, then add the carrots. Pass over low heat for 5 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences.

Skip the meat and the remaining onion through a meat grinder. Stuff the minced meat thoroughly until smooth and

Pour water into a saucepan with a passer and bring to a boil. Salt, add bay leaf, peas and dip chopped potatoes. Boil the creamy soup with meatballs until half ready. We add broccoli to the soup last, along with meatballs.
5 . Stage
When the cream soup with meatballs is almost ready, pour in a thin stream of cream. Bring to a boil again and turn off the fire immediately. Sprinkle the prepared soup with herbs and let it brew a little.
