Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes so that it cooks faster. Boil potatoes until cooked, then add broccoli to the pan.
In a separate saucepan, mix the cream, your favorite spices and salt. Bring to a boil, add butter and flour, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Pour the cooked cream sauce into the pan to the vegetables. Beat with a submerged blender.
Serve sprinkled with crackers.
