Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the roasting pan. Roll out half the dough and lay it on the roasting pan.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla until smooth.
Put the creamy mass on the dough and cover with the second half of the rolled dough. Do not press the dough. Melt the margarine and pour on top of the dough.
Mix the rest of the sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle the dough. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
