Cooking

1. Stage

Pour water into the pan, add bay leaf, dill, salt and sugar, bring to a boil and add crayfish. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling.

2. Stage

Turn off the heat, add sour cream to the pan and leave for about 1 hour.

Remove the crayfish from the water and serve.
