Ingredients for - Crawfish Kulesh

1. Crayfish 1 kg
2. Millet 500 gram
3. Bulb onions 150 gram
4. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Crawfish Kulesh

1 . Stage

Wash the crayfish well, scald with boiling water and cut off the heads.

2 . Stage

Clean and stuff the abdomen of crayfish with washed millet, we won’t need ponytails for kulesh. Put in a pan and fill with water to cover.
