1 . Stage
In a saucepan, bring the cranberries with water to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
2 . Stage
Add honey, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon. Turn off the heat, close the lid and leave for an hour.
3 . Stage
Strain from berries, cloves and cinnamon.
4 . Stage
Serve warm or cold. When serving, you can add a little honey to the bottom of the cup.
