Put the sliced banana, cottage cheese, egg, vanilla and regular sugar in a blender and beat until smooth.
Add the flour and mix well, the flour may go away more all depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese. The dough should be liquidy.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the pancakes with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with honey or jam.
