Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat the egg with salt and sugar.
Add butter, egg, semolina, soda and vanilla to the curd. Mix everything well. You can also add raisins or fruits.
Put the finished curd mass in a mold and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let the cottage cheese casserole cool in it, then without removing it from the form, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour (you can at night).
