1 . Stage
Preheat open grill for high heat and lightly grease the wire rack.

Peel the corn from coarse leaves and villi. Place 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper on each swing. Close the husk.

Wrap each ear of corn tightly in foil. Place on prepared grill.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes, turning over periodically. Season with spices to taste.
