In the bowl of a combine beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, kefir, semolina and your favorite seasoning. I added Italian herbs.

Whip the mass a little in pulse mode. If you do not have a combine, you can do it with an ordinary whisk, but it is more convenient in the combine.

Straight into the bowl of the combine add chopped ham, dill, carrots and peppers. Stir with a spoon.

Next, pour the mass into a baking bag. Tie the bag carefully. The mass has to be boiled. You can boil it for an hour and a half at a low boil in a ham pot, as I did. You can just cook it in a bag, or you can put the bag in a juice box or bottle to shape it. After an hour and a half, we cool it right in the mold.
