In a combine, mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar and sand. Add butter and vanilla.
Knead the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts.
Return one part of the dough to the combine and add the almond extract, dye and 2 tablespoons of flour. Shuffle. Roll both pieces of dough between two sheets of baking paper.
Leave the rolled dough in paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle confetti.
Remove the top sheet of paper from both pieces of dough. Lay a color layer on top of white. Again, remove the paper from the top piece of dough and align the edges with a sharp knife so that they are parallel and even.
Gently roll the roll from the dough. And put in a plate with confetti. Roll the roll in confetti.
Roll the roll in cling film for at least 4 hours. Heat the oven to 165 degrees and cut into centimeter-wide circles.
Bake for about 20 minutes on baking paper.
