Bake beets in the oven. Wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
Dip the sorrel in boiling, salted water for a minute. Then grind it through full.
Boil the meat in salted water until tender.
In the pan, put sorrel, chopped baked beets, chopped cucumbers, chopped green onions and cover with kvass.
Salt, add sour cream and mix.
Serve with chopped boiled eggs and meat.
