In a saucepan, mix water with sugar and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make syrup.
Add instant coffee to the syrup and mix well.
Transfer syrup to a bottle or jar, add grains and pour in rum. Shake everything to mix. Close the lid tightly and place in a dark and cool place for 2 weeks. The longer the liquor will stand, the more it will become soft and full of taste.
Filter the finished liquor and pour into a beautiful bottle.
