We will make the salad puff. Pre-boil vegetables in salted water. Peel and grate all vegetables on a coarse grater. The first layer will be potatoes. Lubricate the potatoes with mayonnaise.
Drain the cod liver oil and cut into pieces, put the liver on the potatoes. Sprinkle the liver on top to taste with green onions.
The next layer is an apple that also needs to be greased with mayonnaise.
The final layer is carrots. Garnish the salad with green onions and pomegranate. Allow at least an hour to soak before serving.
