Cocotte eggs are very convenient to cook in cups. At the bottom of the cups, put 1 tbsp. l sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste and beat gently on the egg.

Place the cups in a solid baking dish and pour boiling water so that it is 2/3 of the height of the cup. Put in a hot oven (180 degrees) and cook for about 10-15 minutes, the yolk should remain liquid. Sprinkle the greens on top and serve.
