1 . Stage
Dissolve gelatin in 200 ml. hot water. Mix milk with sugar and cook over low heat until sugar dissolves.

Remove milk from heat and add coconut flakes. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath.
3 . Stage
Add gelatin to the milk while stirring constantly.
4 . Stage
Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cover the panacotta with berry jelly, decorate and serve.
