Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, egg, water, breadcrumbs and onions. Roll into small balls.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
In a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on shortages.
