Break the egg into a bowl, shake. Only half will be needed for the dough; save the rest for coating the rolls.
Dilute the yeast in a few tablespoons of warm milk, wait 10 minutes, until the mixture increases in volume.
Melt the butter, wait a minute for it to cool slightly. Pour all the milk and dissolved yeast into the melted butter. Add sugar and half an egg, salt, ground cardamom and flour. Knead the dough, let it go for about an hour.
Then sprinkle flour on the work surface and knead the dough a little, it should be soft. Roll the dough into a rectangular layer.
For the filling, melt butter with sugar, add cinnamon. With a culinary brush, apply the mixture to the dough. Gently roll the formation into a roll. Cut it into pieces, transfer them to a baking sheet, cover with a napkin and let it come.
Dip the cooking brush in the remaining half of the egg and grease the buns. Place in a warm oven and bake for about 10 minutes. at 220 degrees.
