Mix soft butter with eggs whipped with sugar. Add slaked soda and beat with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add flour and knead the dough, it should not be elastic and stick to your hands. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Remove the cooled dough from the refrigerator and start scrolling in small portions through a meat grinder. The dough should come out 5 cm then gently lift with your hand from underneath and cut with a knife at the base of the meat grinder. Thus, you should get flowers.
Put the cookies on the pan covered with parchment and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Chrysanthemum cookies are ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and can be served.
