Rinse and soak the wheat in water for several hours, and preferably at night.
Drain the wheat and pour clean, cook after boiling for about an hour or until the cereal is ready.
Pour the poppy seeds into the pan, add the washed raisins, orange zest and pour the whole pineapple syrup. Add vanilla sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
When the syrup has evaporated, remove the pan from the heat, add wheat and honey. Mix well.
Put the kuta in a beautiful bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. You can pre-fry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan.
