Cut the meat into small pieces of medium thickness. Beat with a hammer on both sides.
Salt and pepper to taste on both sides, a little rub the spices with your hands.
For batter, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Pour in flour and mix until smooth. The batter should be like thick sour cream.

Heat the oil well in a pan, shift the chops and fry on both sides until golden brown.
