Cooking
1 . Stage
Soak gelatin in water.

2 . Stage
Mix cream with vanilla and regular sugar, put on a fire to dissolve sugar, do not boil. Add grated chocolate, stir until chocolate is dissolved.

3 . Stage
Add gelatin to the cream with chocolate, completely dissolve it. Pour into cups or glasses and refrigerate until completely frozen for about 2 hours.
