Pour semolina 200 ml. warm water and leave to swell. Rinse cranberries and also fill with water.
Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Squeeze cranberries and add it to the semolina, then pour in the dry mixture and mix until smooth.
Add vegetable oil and the remaining water (100 ml.) To the dough. Mix well and transfer the dough into a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
Cool the finished manna a little, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
