Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with icing sugar.
Stir in the yolks and dry ingredients sifted through a sieve.
Cover the baking sheet with paper, pour the dough into it, flatten. Bake at 200 degrees 10 minutes. Turn the cake onto a damp towel, moisten the paper with water and remove it from the cake. Cut the cakes into 2 parts, roll both parts with a towel into a roll, cool.
For the filling, mix the ingredients well. Put the filling on cakes, roll into rolls and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut the cooled rolls into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
