Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath. Lubricate the chocolate molds with chocolate. Do not spare the chocolate then it will be easier to take out the finished dessert from the molds. Put in the refrigerator.
Dissolve 5 g. gelatin in 2 tbsp. l water. Strawberries if frozen - thaw and grind in a blender with sugar 50 gr. Then add gelatin, mix well and put in chocolate molds, filling half the form. Refrigerate again.
Dissolve the remaining gelatin in the same amount of water. Whip the cream with the remaining sugar and gelatin. Put in the form without filling to the end and leave the cream a little.
Lay out cookies, the amount depends on your taste.
Melt the remaining cream a little in the microwave and fill our baskets. Put in the refrigerator.
Then fill with chocolate on top and refrigerate until completely frozen.
Chocolate baskets with strawberries and cream are ready, remove from the pan and you can eat. Keep this dessert in the refrigerator.
