1. Stage

Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the sugar separately until airy. Add boiling water, vanillin, milk, melted butter and melted dark chocolate.

2. Stage

Stir, add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until airy peaks and introduce them gently into the dough. Gently mix with a spoon until smooth.

3. Stage

Cover the round baking dish with baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Heat the oven to 180 C. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, cut it lengthwise into three equal cake layers.

For the filling, turn the bananas into mashed potatoes, add rum and melted chocolate to them. Whip the cream very carefully and pour them into the banana mass.
