Mix soft butter and sugar. Add cocoa, coffee, flour and salt. Knead the dough.
Spread the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll it out with a rolling pin. Place the rolled dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it out in a different shape.
Put cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Chocolate and coffee cookies are ready, let cool slightly and serve.
