Cut the meat into strips.

2 . Stage

We make a marinade mixing soy sauce with starches, ginger and sugar. We clean the peppers from seeds, cut them into strips, and we also cut carrots. Pour a little oil into a heated pan, put pepper and carrots. Fry vegetables for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally. Add slices of pineapple to vegetables, mix and remove from heat. Fry meat in a hot frying pan for about 15 minutes, then add vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
