Cooking
1. Stage
Combine ground beef, onions, and garlic in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the beef is golden brown.

2. Stage
Add chili, salt, oregano, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and cook an hour with the lid closed. Add beans and cook another 20 minutes. Serve with cheese.
