How to cook deliciously - Chickpea cheese
1 . Stage
Finely chop green onions and hot peppers.

Cut bell peppers into medium cubes.

Dissolve the chickpea flour in 100 ml of water, stir well until the lumps disappear. Pour the rest of the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Take it off the stove for a while. Pour in a thin trickle of diluted flour and stir well. Once again put on the stove. While stirring bring to the boil.

Pour in the prepared onion and both peppers. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula so that the mixture does not stick and lumps do not form.

Before finishing, add vegetable oil, finely ground nuts, herbs, paprika and salt. If lumps form, you can rub the mixture with a potato masher with holes.

In a silicone or foil mold, grease lightly with vegetable oil. Place the prepared chickpea mixture. Let it cool, covering it with a napkin.

Cover the cooled mass with cling film, tamp it tightly with a potato masher and put it in the fridge for 6-7 hours to "ripen the cheese".

If you want to bake this "cheese", you will need to take 50-70 ml less water for cooking. Bake until crispy, cool, and serve with bread and vegetables.
